Absher Auto Worx LLC – Service Terms & Conditions
By requesting service from Absher Auto Worx LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Estimates
All repair estimates are based on the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during the repair process. Any additional repairs or costs will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds when possible. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
2. Pre-Existing Damage
Absher Auto Worx LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, cosmetic damage, or previously failing components that were present prior to service.
3. Recommended Repairs
During inspection or repair, technicians may identify additional maintenance or repairs that are recommended but not required for the current service. These will be communicated to the customer. Absher Auto Worx LLC is not responsible for damages, injury, or mechanical failure resulting from declined recommended repairs.
4. Repair Authorization
No repairs will be performed without customer authorization unless previously agreed upon. If additional issues are discovered during service, the customer will be contacted for approval before further repairs are made whenever possible.
5. Warranty
Repairs performed by Absher Auto Worx LLC are warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated vehicle components, misuse, neglect, racing, accidents, or improper installation of third-party parts. Exceptions may apply.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts
Absher Auto Worx LLC does not guarantee the performance, fitment, or durability of customer-supplied parts. Warranty coverage may be limited or void when customer-supplied parts are used.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service and before the vehicle is released, unless otherwise approved by management. In some cases, a deposit or down payment may be required before repairs begin.
8. Storage & Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left at the shop for extended periods after repair completion may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable laws.
9. Liability
Absher Auto Worx LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables before service.
10. Test Drives
For diagnostic and quality assurance purposes, Absher Auto Worx LLC may test drive the vehicle before or after repairs.
